To ensure the highest level of service, we have established specific guidelines for staffing. For bookings with less than 10 guests, a chef charge of £250 applies. 

50% of the total spend is due to secure the date at the time of booking. The remainder will be taken within 7 days prior to the event date. Please note, cancellations within 7 days of booking date may result in your deposit not being refunded.
